COVID-19: OUR NEW DELIVERY PROCEDURES

In line with the latest Government guidelines to halt the spread of Covid-19, our expert delivery team is following strict biosecurity procedures. 

  •  We will carefully deliver your furniture to your home, keeping a safe distance from you. 
  •  We will follow your instructions, either leaving your order on your drive or in your garden for you to move it to the right place.
  •  We will unwrap it and remove the packaging for recycling.
  •  If you prefer, we will carry it inside, or to your patio, unwrap and install it for you, adhering to stringent biosecurity practices.

Indoor Furniture

Upholstered furniture, and woven furniture with cushions, takes about six weeks from order to delivery.
Please contact us by telephone if you need more accurate timing as each order varies. 

Garden furniture
Can usually be despatched within 14 days.

Express Online
Can be delivered within two weeks. In certain circumstances beyond our control this may not always be possible. Please be aware this will particularly apply to deliveries in Scotland and Cornwall.

Showroom clearance furniture
Can be despatched immediately.

Home accessories
Smaller items will be sent by carrier, or posted.

When?
Most deliveries take place from Monday to Friday and we will always try to deliver by arrangement and at your convenience.

We do nearly all of our own furniture deliveries at Holloways, with our own staff, and are proud of our record of 'on time' deliveries.
Our delivery drivers will unwrap your furniture, position it for you, and take away any wrapping.
They are all trained to accept payment by cheque, or credit/debit card.

Who will contact me?
After your furniture has arrived at Holloways you will receive a telephone call from our despatch manager, Neil Harrison, who will personally arrange a date and time for delivery with you.
