We do nearly all of our own deliveries at Holloways, with our own staff, and are proud of our record of on time deliveries. Furniture takes an average of six weeks to deliver, but please contact us by telephone if you need more accurate timing, as each order varies. Most garden furniture can be despatched within 14 days. Fans are despatched within 3 working days. Showroom clearance furniture can be despatched immediately.
Most deliveries take place from Monday to Friday and we will always try to deliver by arrangement and at your convenience.
When your furniture has arrived at Holloways, and been checked for quality, you will receive a telephone call from our logistics manager, Neil Harrison, who will personally arrange a date and time for delivery.
The delivery drivers will unwrap your furniture, position it for you and take away any wrapping. They are all trained to accept payment by cheque, or credit/debit card.
